The episode opens when George is cutting his hair off, a sign he’s getting over Meredith. Meredith tells McDreamy she’ll be friends with him but she won’t tell about the “terrible thing” that she did with George. Burke and George’s companionship is getting to Cristina. Alex tell Denny that he and Izzie are a couple while Izzie tells Denny they are not. At the same time, Izzie told Denny to stay in the hospital to get better. Dr. Bailey brings baby William to work but she had to go to surgery which left Cristina to baby-sit. A patient’s husband tells Addison she looks like a celebrity and starts to flirt with her. She dismisses him then tells Derek about it. On the other hand, Derek just did not make any reaction on this. Later on the episode, he talks to Addison about how to fix their marriage.
