Meredith and George avoid each other and they aren’t acting themselves. No one knows what happened except the both of them. Later, Alex jokes to Meredith that she and George slept together. George hears half of their conversation and thought she told Alex. He yells at the stairwell, announcing it to everyone that he and Meredith did sleep together. George fell down the staircase and dislocated his shoulder. Dr. Callie Torres put his shoulder back in place. George suddenly has this flash back where Meredith regretted having sex with him. He then leaves and head for Cristina and Burke’s place.
