Meredith doesn’t want to go to work on this episode. She had a feeling she will die today if she goes to work. George and Izzie couldn’t do anything to persuade her to get out of bed. They called on Cristina and Meredith listens to her. Cristina was able to force her out of bed and go to work. Meredith’s feeling starts to look like it when a patient under trauma is brought to the hospital with Hannah’s (the paramedic) hand is stuck inside the patient to stop the bleeding. Alex calms down the hysterical wife and later found out there’s ammunition in her husband’s chest and it hasn’t exploded which can explode anytime. This left the staff to shut down the surgical wing and evacuate everyone. However, Derek was still down there performing a brain surgery on Bailey’s husband who had a car accident on his way to visit Bailey. Now Hannah runs after the anesthesiologist leaving Meredith to stop the pateint’s bleeding and the bomb from exploding.
