Burke, Washington spent three months job-shadowing physicians in several Los Angeles hospitals to prepare for his role as the cool and extremely talented. To ensure his character is accurately portrayed, he continues to call upon local surgeons for technical advice. He takes pride in thoroughly researching his roles. Washington knew the kind of surgeon he didn’t want to portray: an arrogant, standoffish, token-African-American doctor.

“Grey’s Anatomy”, appears on DVD in 1.78:1 anamorphic widescreen, matching the dimensions of the show’s high definition broadcasts. “Grey’s” resembles a feature film creation with its visual flair and like its cinematic brethren; it comes to DVD boasting visuals with nary a flaw in sight. Grey’s Anatomy summons a color palette of its own, favoring whites and light colors rather than the light/dark contrasts of “E.R.”

Episode 22: The Name of the Game

Meredith and Izzie start to take up knitting and a vow to celibacy. When Izzie isn’t knitting, she’s convincing George to move back into the house and she’s trying to discover what secret Callie is keeping. In a seminar Cristina is taking up, she found out Chief Webber is in it too and competes with him in an activity. George is carrying a burden of finding out that Meredith has a sister. Her father remarried and has other two daughters. The chief wants Bailey to take it easy since she just had her baby. Alex is being taught by Burke about bedside manners, but failed miserably. Alex just wants to tell the truth even if it hurts the patients. Derek has Bailey as an intern for a day. Cristina is given an advice by Dr. Webber to go back to the basics. With that advice, she was able to find a way to get Burke to kick George out of her apartment. Now she is able to walk around naked. Callie’s secret is out: she lives in the hospital. Finn Dandridge asks Meredith out but she got nervous and said that she’s knitting a sweater and not dating.

The doctors’ superstition spread when four deaths came that morning. The doctors believed that death comes in three or seven, so three or more are bound to come. Izzie gets nervous when Denny was put into surgery after getting complications of LVAD diffusion. George is still ignoring Meredith all-throughout the day. Callie is losing her patience because George is not giving her a call. Cristina gets Burke’s lucky surgical cap and won’t give it back. He won’t start any surgery without it and wants to push the operations just until he retrieves it. Chief Webber disagrees about him re-scheduling surgeries because of his missing lucky surgical cap. Cristina finally gave it up to George and tells him Burke doesn’t need it.

Meredith and George avoid each other and they aren’t acting themselves. No one knows what happened except the both of them. Later, Alex jokes to Meredith that she and George slept together. George hears half of their conversation and thought she told Alex. He yells at the stairwell, announcing it to everyone that he and Meredith did sleep together. George fell down the staircase and dislocated his shoulder. Dr. Callie Torres put his shoulder back in place. George suddenly has this flash back where Meredith regretted having sex with him. He then leaves and head for Cristina and Burke’s place.

A golden globe award winner and three time emmy award nominee. Oh boy, this canadian actress can really satisfy her audience when acting. Sandra Oh is Dr. Christina Yang. Two time winner of Screen Actors Guild and Genie Award. These awards put her further in the list of well respected American actresses. Her natural origin is from Ontario. By blood, her parents were Koreans. Sandra is already well known in her native land Canada, where she played some big roles for some very good movies.

If you remember that popular movie entitled “Sideways”, she played a role for that movie as well. Sandra certainly proved her ability to act both in the big screen and on television series. She received quite a number of awards and these awards are some very good ones that definitely prove her talent in her showbiz acting career.
